Chat
Chat is a communication tool that allows you to talk to other bingo players and the chat masters.
As players communicate to each other via this method we must make a set of rules when using the service.
The Chat service is a way of creating extra fun in the halls and therefore please treats them in a
courteous manner. Rainbow bingo reserves the right to actively remove a player from the site for a serious
violation of the chat rules. Rainbow Bingo will not tolerate any player that ruins the fun for another due
to inappropriate behavior.
Your Chat masters are there to regulate the chat but to also instigate chat games. Chat masters will have
the ability to ban players if they feel that players are ruining game play for anyone else.
Please observe the following guidelines for chat etiquette:
- NO complaining in chat. All complaints must be directed to the Help Desk so as not to disturb the
flow of chat or cause a confrontation. If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a
response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
- Players are not permitted to slander or libel Rainbow Bingo Management, employees or affiliates.
- Speak all players politely and in a friendly way at all times.
- Player is chat should be treated with respect. Language that is abusive or aggressive will spoil
the game for most players and will not be tolerated. Chat rooms are for extra fun; please do not abuse this.
- Do not use indecent language; this includes swearing, sexual comments and racist insults.
- Since we have males in our membership, please ladies, discuss female problems when only
females are in chat.
- Please do not impersonate other players in chat.
- Be both a considerate winner and share your success in the correct manner. Similarly, share in
the happiness of other players’ success and please congratulate them.
- When playing bingo, choose a username that is appropriate. If you choose a funny or comedic
username, please consider first that other bingo players might view the name as being in bad taste.
- Do not endorse or advertise any other online bingo sites during chat.
- Please refrain from gossip about other players this is especially relevant if the player in
question is not there to defend themselves.
- Do not solicite other players for gifts or loans of money.
- Welcome the new roomies (the new players) into chat room. Please allow the chat master to
welcome the player and incorporate them into the games however if any other assistance is needed
then feel free to help.
- DO NO ABUSE IN ANY WAY the chat master. A chat master is there to moderate the room, instigate
chat games and to award prizes. Rainbow bingo will not tolerate any abuse on its staff.
Use chat to meet new Bingo buddies, share in each others success, win extra prizes in our chat games and most of all have fun.
