What is a chat master?
A chat master serves several purposes;
- Regulate the chat inside the games so players feel welcomed and to protect against any
players wishing to abuse the service.
- Chat masters will also inform you about the cash specials and promotions
- Chat masters will run chat games for extra chances of winning prizes.

What is chat?

Where do the other players come from?
Bingo is played and loved all over the world and consequently you can be playing against people from all parts of the
globe. Anyone who has access to the internet can be a potential player.
What information do the other players see of me?
Your personal information is secure, please see our privacy policy. Players will not be able to access any
important, private or sensitive information about you. Players will only be able to see your nickname as a means of
communication.
What happens if someone is offensive in chat?
Rainbow Bingo operates a chat etiquette policy which is aimed at limiting any such offensive nature in chat. If you
observe any problems please do not hesitate to contact our customer support. Chat masters have the ability to be able
to ban players immediately or issue warnings if they spot problems.
